Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

All products sold on MM Site Integration are digital items. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The purchased item was not delivered to your character
  • The item delivered does not match the product description
  • Technical issues prevented redemption on the server

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Server bans or restrictions preventing item use
  • Items already successfully redeemed in-game
  • Incorrect Steam account selected during purchase

4. Request Process

To request a refund, contact our support team with your Order ID and a detailed explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

5. Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider: Stripe (5-10 days), Mercado Pago (up to 30 days), and cryptocurrency transactions are non-refundable once confirmed.
